Refund policy

If an item is broken in transit we will send a replacement as soon as possible. Because everything we sell is handmade by us at our studio, and not bought by the pallet load from China, we don't have large inventories of every item. Sometimes if we need to replace an item that has been damaged during shipping we have to make a new one. 

If you want to return and item for any other reason just ship it back to us and, if the returned item is in its original condition, we will refund your money or replace the item with something of equal value. Sorry, we don't pay for return shipping.

We do not refund gift cards.
